When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash). If you sign in with Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number or full payment details. Stripe may collect information necessary to process your payment in accordance with their privacy policy.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including worksheets generated, preferences, feature usage, device and browser information, and IP address.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and understand how you use the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and promotional materials (with your consent)
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

3. AI Content Processing

When you generate worksheets, your prompts are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. Anthropic does not use your prompts to train their models and does not retain prompt data long-term, in accordance with their data usage policies. We may store your prompts and generated content to provide the Service and improve our products.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may receive your data:

• Google — authentication (OAuth)
• Stripe — payment processing
• Anthropic — AI content generation
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and data storage

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (as described in Section 4)
• Law enforcement or government agencies when required by law or to protect our rights

10. International Data

Your information is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
