Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CZSheet (the “Service”), operated by Nubo AI, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CZSheet is an AI-powered worksheet generator designed for educators. The Service allows users to create printable worksheets for subjects such as math, handwriting, reading, and art.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. Each individual may maintain only one account.

4. AI-Generated Content

Worksheets and other materials created through the Service are generated by artificial intelligence. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use generated content for personal and educational purposes. The Company retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data derived from usage of the Service to improve its products and services.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) without prior written consent
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Nubo AI, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content you provide (such as prompts or personal information) remains yours.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. THE SERVICE IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT OR CURRICULUM DESIGN.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nubo AI, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Service. The failure of the Company to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
